One of the most interesting spots you will ever visit, with an average depth of 3 meters, covered in sponges, corals and marine fauna, all very colorfully tropical, until you reach the even more impressive wall of more than 100 meters of deep, with the first step at 25 meters and a second at 40 meters deep.
It’s unbeatable climatic conditions make it easy to dive and to explore the underwater paradises, in addition to its remains of artillery from old colonial shipwrecks.
Depending on your hotel, the pick-up may vary between 7h and 8h the drop-offs will be between 17h30 and 19h.
Do you have to walk a lot?
No, we will be traveling by boat and bus (sea and land).
How will I be able to buy local dominican products?
We will make a stop, on the way, in a gift shop in La Romana, where you can find local products such as Mamajuana, Dominican coffee, handmade cigars, paintings, creams and natural essences, etc.
About the food
We have an private lounge area on the beach with food and drink, typical Dominican dishes such as white rice, chicken andbeef, cooked in various ways, vegetables, potatoes, “tostones”, grilled fish and "mangu".
How large can the groups get?
The maximum capacity of the boat is for 40 people, so the group will never exceed that figure.
What to bring?
Cool and light clothing, swimsuit, towel, and beach shoes/sandals.
What ages are recommended for the tour?
This tour is perfect for all ages, although, you must have basic swimming experience.
What if someone from my group doesn't want to dive?
You can also decide to join the tour and snorkel instead. We give you all the snorkeling equipment and it would only cost you 75$.
